Is winter still lingering in your body?

As winter comes to an end, it is common to feel heavier, slower or a little out of rhythm.

You may notice:

  • Sluggish or inconsistent digestion

  • Heaviness after eating

  • Lower or uneven energy

  • Mental fog or a lack of motivation

  • Routines that have fallen away

  • A feeling that your body is ready for something simpler

According to Ayurveda, the cool, damp and heavy qualities accumulated through winter can become more noticeable as spring arrives.

Spring is a natural time to simplify your food, rekindle digestion and clear what you no longer need.

This Reset gives you the structure and support to do that gently.

Seasonal ayurvedic food and guidance.

A reset that nourishes you

This is not a fast, a juice cleanse or an extreme detox.

You will eat warm, freshly prepared meals designed to be satisfying and easy to digest. You will simplify what you eat for a short time, introduce supportive daily practices and learn how to work with your body rather than push against it.

Over the ten days, you will be guided to:

  • Simplify your meals without going hungry

  • Support clearer, more comfortable digestion

  • Re-establish a steady rhythm around food and self-care

  • Reduce the sense of heaviness carried out of winter

  • Learn practical Ayurvedic principles you can continue at home

  • Move into spring feeling lighter, clearer and more energised

You do not need any previous knowledge of Ayurveda. Everything is explained step by step.

What Your Days Will Look Like

Morning

Begin with a short Ayurvedic routine using the tools provided in your Cleanse Pack. Depending on the stage of the Reset, this may include tongue scraping, warm water, self-massage and gentle movement.

Meals

Follow a seasonal meal plan using warm, cooked food and gentle spices. You will receive recipes, a shopping list and preparation guidance before we begin.

Daily guidance

Receive a clear daily focus, practical reminders and access to the group for questions and support.

Evening

Finish the day with a simple practice to support rest, reflection and a more settled rhythm.

The Reset is designed to fit into ordinary life. You will need to prepare food and make some space for yourself, but you will not be expected to spend the entire day focused on cleansing.

“I didn’t think I could stick to it at home but the structure and Rachel’s guidance made it simple.” - Sarah K.

“Meet spring with intention through nourishing food, simple daily practices and a rhythm your body can rely on.”

What Past Participants Have Experienced

  • “Rachel was supportive and generous with her insights, helping me bring Ayurveda into my life in a gentle, transformational way.”

  • “The detox didn’t feel restrictive, it felt nourishing to my body. Rachel met each person where they were, and the supportive community made it easy to follow through.”

  • "The new foods I learnt to make were nourishing and filling. I was less hungry and I still lost weight! Can’t wait to do it again! "

  • “Having done loads of detoxes before, this was the first time I felt genuinely nurtured and energized. I feel clearer and more connected to my body.”

A note from Rachel

I have guided this Reset through the seasons for four years, and each time it evolves and deepens.

What I have seen is that people rarely need another complicated health plan. They need clear guidance, simple practices and enough support to follow through.

That is what this Reset offers.

For ten days, you will know what to cook, which practices to focus on and why you are doing them. You will have a structure to return to each day and a group moving through the experience with you.

The Reset is grounded in classical Ayurvedic principles, but it is designed for real life. My intention is for you to finish feeling lighter and clearer, with practices you genuinely know how to continue.

I would love to welcome you.
