About Ayurzen

Grounded care, ancient wisdom, and practical support
Ayurzen helps you feel steady, supported, and connected to yourself, guiding you toward Svastha. Rooted in the time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda, the Charaka Samhita defines it beautifully:
"When one’s doshas are in balance, digestion is proper, tissues are nourished, waste is properly excreted, the senses are clear, and the mind is content, one is said to be in a state of perfect health - Svastha."

About Rachel

For years, I explored different ways to feel fully alive: yoga, health retreats, cleansing, juice fasts, and even eating entirely raw foods for a time. Each taught me something, yet I still felt a gap, a sense of confusion, and missing stability. My journey led me to biodynamic craniosacral therapy, where I learned to feel safe in my body, listen deeply, and begin healing old patterns.

I was then offered my first role as a therapist in a highly reputable Ayurvedic clinic, working alongside dedicated Ayurvedic doctors. I learned traditional body therapies and discovered that digestion is the key to health, and that daily routines (Dinacharya) are a cornerstone for keeping mind, body, and digestion in rhythm. Learning how to live in harmony with the seasons and eat according to your body’s needs became central to the way I support others.

Alongside this, I continued exploring movement and embodiment through Zenthai and yoga training. These practices taught me how to play, connect, and feel fully alive, bringing joy and presence that complements the grounding of Ayurveda.

How I can support you

If you often feel tired, scattered, or out of sync, I offer practical, personalized guidance to help you reconnect and restore balance:

  • Seasonal Resets: Heal in a supportive group environment, restoring energy and rhythm in community.

  • Accessible Yoga: Small group or private classes designed to reconnect your body and energy safely.

  • Tailored Massage & Bodywork: Treatments focused on your specific needs to release tension and restore wellbeing.

  • Daily Practices: Simple routines to improve digestion, regulate energy, and maintain balance that lasts beyond sessions.

Each element is designed to work together so you can feel grounded, steady, and nourished in your everyday life.
